Chestnut week

In mid-October, Valposchiavo celebrates the "Settimana della castagna", the chestnut week. From October 10-18, 2026, everything revolves around chestnuts and tasty gastronomic experiences. Guided tours of the chestnut groves and hot chestnuts are on the program. The crowning finale is the "Sagra della castagna" on October 18 in Brusio.
